Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your reusable mailer.
Ship the Socks
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the socks are in their original, unwashed condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
